Incoterms® (International Commercial Terms) is a term for standardized rules for purchase and sale contracts.
In the context of national and international transportation, Incoterms® define, among other things, when the transfer of risk between buyer and seller takes place and which party bears the costs during transportation. Incoterms® is a registered trademark created by the International Chamber of Commerce.
The list is valid from 1 January 2020.
